When opening a restaurant in London, it seems that all the communication ideas are already taken. We put creativity to the test and „light lunch” became „light hearted lunch”. A bit of serenity, colour and nostalgia from grandmother’s kitchen into the London metropolitan rush. „Ciambella” is an Italian food different from one region to another, cooked on festive family gatherings. The pretzel – heart shaped identity and the retail design intimately represent the brand idea.
