Brand positioning and brand strategy, verbal identity, narrative development and messaging. The brand design and guidelines were created in partnership with Kremmer Branding and Design. 

 

Olla began with a simple insight. City life is fast and unpredictable yet most bags force people to carry the physical weight of their day on their shoulders. The founder imagined a smarter solution – a bag on wheels that expands, contracts and adapts to whatever the day brings.

Alina led the brand strategy work starting with positioning territories that explored health, agility and modern urban living. After testing several directions, we anchored the brand around one core benefit: weight out of your way.

This led to the brand idea Do More, Carry Less which capture the freedom and flexibility Olla enables.

From there we built the verbal platform. A contemporary, unpretentious and witty tone of voice. A brand story grounded in real daily challenges. Key messages that speak to mobility, sustainability and smart design. Together with our design partner Kremmer Branding and Design, we translated this strategic platform into a complete visual identity built on movement, lightness and clever functionality.
